1.1 This is a plain informational site with no accounts, no logins and no personalisation, so there is very little to collect. We install no analytics package, no ad pixels and no tracking scripts of our own. What remains is the ordinary server log every website has: IP address, timestamp, the page asked for, and the browser and device details your software reports. Those logs are not used to profile you, and personal information is not sold.
2.1 Our contact form is not active — it sends nothing anywhere. Write to one of the addresses on the Contact page and your message and address stay with us only while the question is open. We do not add you to any mailing list.
3.1 This site is intended for adults of legal gambling age (18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada) only. No part of this site is aimed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
4.1 Subject to applicable law and its exceptions, you may ask what personal information we hold about you and request access, correction or deletion. Rights to object, to restrict processing, to portability, to withdraw consent and to complain to a regulator may apply too, depending on your jurisdiction. Send the request through the Contact page and it will be dealt with.
5.1 None of the cookies on this site are ours: we set no analytics, advertising or preference cookies. The security and delivery service in front of this site may set technical cookies that screen out malicious traffic and keep pages reachable. Nothing in that is advertising, and you can block cookies and still read every page.
6.1 An outbound link to an operator may include a referral marker, which is how a visit gets credited to us. Your name is not revealed to us, but the law can treat referral markers, click identifiers and IP addresses as personal data, and we would rather be straight about it.
7.1 This site is published for readers in Canada. Where our processing falls within their scope, Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR apply. Not every regime covers every visitor: applicability turns on where we operate and whom we address, not merely on your location at the moment of reading.
8.1 When you follow an outbound link to Izzi Casino or any other operator, you leave this site and that operator's own privacy policy takes over. What those companies collect is outside our control, and we can see nothing of your account, deposits or verification with them.
9.1 Server logs are kept by our host on its ordinary rotation and are not retained by us beyond that. Once a question is settled we delete the correspondence, unless a legal claim requires us to keep it.
